Delivery can be to any address as long the address at which your payment card is registered is also present on your order. All deliveries are sent on a signed for basis.
When you add products to your Shopping Basket, the appropriate delivery charge will be added automatically. You will always be able to see this charge before submitting your order.
All delivery timescales are subject to product and delivery slot availability. Small parcels may be delivered via Royal Mail. Despatch is usually next working day subject to availability, however delivery may take up to five working days.
The contents of your order and your delivery postcode area will determine which delivery services you will be offered. We do not deliver to Post Office (P.O.) boxes or shipping agent addresses.
Delivery will be between the hours of 7am and 6pm; we are unable to confirm a time. Please note we do not guarantee next day delivery as we are in the hands of the UK and Overseas Postal Services once the goods leave us.
Goggleyes will select the most appropriate carrier for your goods. This means your delivery may arrive in more than one batch to ensure your order is transported in the best possible way.
Whilst every reasonable effort shall be made to keep to any delivery date, time of delivery shall not be of the essence and goggleyes shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages or expenses incurred by the customer or any other person or company arising directly or indirectly out of any failure to meet any estimated delivery date. The risk in the goods shall pass from the company to the customer upon delivery of such goods to the customer.
You will only pay one delivery charge per order, which will be the highest depending on the contents of your order and your chosen delivery service. When you have added items to your shopping basket, the standard delivery charge for those products will be automatically applied to your order.
Goggleyes shall have no liability to you for any failure to deliver goods you have ordered or any delay in doing so or for any damage or defect to goods delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond its reasonable control.
Claims for non-delivery in excess of 14 days of receipt of the "goods have been despatched e mail" will not be accepted.
Please make sure you keep the receipt enclosed with your goods.
If you need to return a product purchased from the Goggleyes web site then you have 14 working days to do so from the date of receipt of goods. The returned goods must be unused, in the original packing, and in a saleable state. The cost of the return must be born by you.
If the return is due to missing or faulty parts then we will offer a full refund or replacement provided we are aware of this within 14 working days.
If the return is simply because you do not like the product or have made a mistake in ordering the wrong product we will only offer a refund provided we receive the goods back in a saleable condition. We reserve the right to deduct the cost of returning these goods into a saleable condition, or to refuse a full refund if the goods are not returned in the condition in which they were despatched to you.
Late returns past the 14 working day period will be subject to up to a 25% restocking charge and is at our discretion and non negotiable. We reserve the right to refuse to accept returns past this period without prior agreement with us by email to firstname.lastname@example.org
PLEASE NOTE We will only refund the full value of the goods only. We cannot refund delivery charges for non-faulty goods. Any refund, which is due to a fault or other defect, will include a refund of the applicable delivery charge.
This returns policy does not affect your legal rights.
Returns should be sent to the return address given in the paper work included with your delivery.
Cancellation of Orders
You are able to cancel your order prior to shipping with no cost-penalty being incurred and full credit of your account if monies have already been taken. You can cancel an order by following the links on the goggleyes website, or by emailing us at email@example.com
Subject to the product being in stock. All orders taken before 2pm will be processed and sent for delivery by 5pm the same day. If the item is out of stock we will send you an e mail to tell you when it will be delivered to you. Should you wish to cancel at this stage you will be entitled to a full refund.
